A pure father-daughter story would’ve been beautiful. This is something stranger. Something that constantly challenges your own emotions. It forces you to question every moment of tenderness instead of simply embracing it. That tension is what transforms Léon from a great film into one that lingers long after the credits fade. The safer version might’ve been easier to love. This one is impossible to forget.
