Terms of Use

Using tvt

tvt helps you track shows, log episodes, view stats, maintain lists, import supported watch history, and interact with other users. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your Apple or Google sign-in secure. Information you provide must not impersonate another person or mislead other users.

Your Content and Conduct

You keep ownership of content you create. You give tvt permission to store, process, display, and share that content only as needed to operate the features you choose.

Do not post illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, deceptive, or spam content. Do not harass users, manipulate engagement, scrape the service, bypass security, or interfere with normal operation.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or delete accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, respond to legal obligations, or protect users and the service.

Show Information and Third-Party Services

Show metadata, artwork, availability details, and other third-party information can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. They are provided for discovery and tracking and should not be treated as a guarantee.

Features that rely on Firebase, Apple, Google, TMDB, TVmaze, GIPHY, JustWatch, YouTube, or another provider can be affected by that provider’s availability and rules. Trailer links open YouTube outside tvt; tvt does not host or stream those videos.

Availability and Changes

tvt is provided as available. We may fix, add, remove, or change features and may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, safety, or technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, tvt is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of, or inability to use, the app.

Ending Your Account

You can stop using tvt at any time. Sign Out removes the backed-up library from the current device. Delete Account permanently removes the account and its associated data as described in the Privacy Policy. Some anonymized conversation structure or safety records may remain where necessary.

Updates and Contact

We may update these terms as tvt changes. The effective date at the top will be updated when that happens. Questions can be sent to hello@tvt.watch.
